Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of litigation support in toxic tort matters
• Draft, organize, and respond to discovery
• Prepare deposition summaries and medical record summaries
• Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation
• Review, analyze, and organize large volumes of case documents
• Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and legal professionals throughout the litigation process
